Founded in 1982, Bailey Industrial Engineering has been serving UK industry for thirty years and still numbers some of the biggest and best known manufacturers in the world among its clients.

With a 40 ton capacity crane in one of our workshops, and a machine shop facility alongside the fabrication shop, we are able to offer our customers wide-ranging services.

We have facilities for performing cutting, drilling and welding. Our fabrication welders, who are certified to B.S.EN 287, are capable of working with a wide range of steels including carbon and alloy steels, nickel alloys and non ferrous materials.

Employing OXY/ACT, MMA, MIG/MAG, TIG and Sub Arc welding processes, and adopting the correct pre-heats, inter pass temperature and post-heat requirements within the procedure, BIE can meet the stringent demands of most applications.

Using our own qualified inspector we can carry out dye penetrant or full MPI non-destructive testing when required within the procedure or could use an independent testing house if required by a customer.
